Company Secretary - Insurance

A leading client of mine in the Insurance Industry is looking for an ambitious Company Secretary to join their growing function.Reporting to the Head of Company Secretariat, this person will be be a key and integral part of the corporate governance function. You will have autonomy of work and sit on numerous board committees, chairing meetings, taking minutes and conducting statutory filings with Companies House. You will also play a key role in shaping the Company Secretarial function and constantly horizon scanning for new compliance matters that may affect the business.My client is looking for someone who has worked in a regulated environment, preferably Insurance, who is looking for a role where they can progress their Company Secretarial career. Attractive Salary and Package on offer, including bonus. This is a hybrid position, based in The City of London (2 days a week).
