Key Responsibilities: As Company Secretarial Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Processing and filing minutes from directors' and shareholders' meetings.
- Preparation and filing of resolutions and statutory forms.
- Filing of annual accounts and confirmation statements.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory procedures, including maintaining statutory registers and minutes.

- Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2014and UK statutory requirements.
