Key Responsibilities: As Company Secretarial Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Updating, maintaining, and safeguarding company registers.
  • Processing and filing minutes from directors' and shareholders' meetings.
  • Preparation and filing of resolutions and statutory forms.
  • Filing of annual accounts and confirmation statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory procedures, including maintaining statutory registers and minutes.

Essential Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2014and UK statutory requirements.
  • Experience in maintaining statutory registers and handling company secretarial duties.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
