I am on the search for a Complaints Executive in the London Lloyds market.
- Dealing with complaints (FOS and other), root cause analysis, QA checks, day to day management of complaints on systems and more
- Lloyds market experience imperative
- London (hybrid: 2-3 days a week in the office)
