Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Complaints Handler for one of our clients based in Glasgow on a full-time permeant basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and effectively resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding our company's reputation for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and analyse customer complaints through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Investigate complaints thoroughly, understanding the customer's perspective and gathering all relevant information.
- Respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner, addressing the customer's concerns and finding appropriate resolutions.
- Liaise with different departments within the company to resolve complex issues and prevent recurring problems.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide feedback to the company to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to resolve their issues and provide exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling complaints.
