Complaints Handler

Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Complaints Handler for one of our clients based in Glasgow on a full-time permeant basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and effectively resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding our company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and analyse customer complaints through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Investigate complaints thoroughly, understanding the customer's perspective and gathering all relevant information.
• Respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner, addressing the customer's concerns and finding appropriate resolutions.
• Liaise with different departments within the company to resolve complex issues and prevent recurring problems.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide feedback to the company to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to resolve their issues and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling complaints.
