Please note this is a permanent, full time role based in Milton Keynes with hours of Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm with a one hour lunch.

The client is a leading Utilities organisation with offices nationwide. Due to growth they have created a Complaints Handler role to be based in their office in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. The role will predominantly involve answering queries and complaints, and taking ownership of these from start to finish.
Description
As a Complaints Handler, your key responsibilities will be:
- Answer incoming queries from tenants and log accurately via system
- Handle any complaints with excellent customer service, taking ownership of the issue from query to resolution.
- Escalating queries/ complaints if necessary
- Work closely with other departments to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- In some cases you will be required to schedule engineers to attend site visits to solve issues
- Very occasionally, site visits may be required across the Northern Home Counties for very complex issues (which will be few and far between)
- Proactively track trends across complaints to identity common themes
Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in Complaints Handling (necessary) ideally in a similar industry (e.g.utilities, property, retail)
- Strong communicator
- Customer Focused
- Live locally to Milton Keynes
- Able to work full time Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Scheduling experience (ideal but not necessary)
- Car driver
