About the role
At THCH we see the role of the Complaints Officer as a dynamic role that can be impactful for positive change within the repairs department. Assist us to be on the front foot in addressing customer complaints, to analyse trends within the department and help to shape the direction of travel with the HRME.
Do you have good communication skills and able to interact at all levels. Have strong written skills, knowledge of working with external stake holders i.e. Members enquires, councillors, Ombudsman, produce weekly & monthly reports, a creative thinker who’s able to think outside the box, maintain work standards to a very high levels, meet tight deadlines, energetic, enthusiastic.
