Complaints Officer
Milton Keynes
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Complaints Officer to join one of our top contractors on their responsive maintenance team. Based out of the office in Milton Keynes, you will ideally be living within commuting distance as this role will be office based, with the occasional site visit.
The main purpose of this role is to liaise between the residents and clients/operatives to ensure that the complaints get handled to completion as soon as possible. The complaints need to be handled fully from recieving the inital complaint call to resolving the complaint at the end. This will involve, taking the initial call, booking works, liaising with residents and operatives, ensuring the works are carried out and keeping all parties up to date on the progress of the complaint.
Responsibilities:
- Take full control of the complaint from receiving to the completion.
- Booking works that are part of the complaint into the Opp’s / contractor diary.
- Chase contractors for completions
- Liaise with Tenants and the Client.
- Attend Client meetings.
- Work alongside Contract manager to highlight any trends.
- Carry out site visit when required to discuss complaint with tenant.
Requirements:
- Driving licence/access to vehicle (for occasional site visit)
- Previous experience handling complaints/customer service based experience
- Proffessional and driven manner
