Looking to recruit a Customer Complaints Officer to join a Maintenance contractor based in Milton Keynes
Responsibilities:
- Handling complaints from tenants and client, ensuing the complaint gets resolved as quickly as possible
- Discuss complex repairs and schedule available operatives to jobs, ensuring the works are competed within the time frame and to the highest standard
- Keep the tenant and client up to date on the progress of work

Requirements:
- You'll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, either within Planning or complaints
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have excellent customer service skills
