Pay: £203 - £258 a day

Greenacre are pleased to support a housing organisation based in North London, with their recruitment of a Complaints Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team of complaints officers and be familiar with the Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints process.
- Managing a team of complaints officers; conducting performance reviews, 121’s and appraisals
- Handling escalated complaints, including from the housing ombudsman
- Managing the team to provide a seamless complaints process
- Stage 1 and Stage 2 complaints
Experience required:
- Experience of managing a team
- Expert knowledge of stage 1 and stage 2 complaints
- Experience of handling housing ombudsman enquiries.
