About the role
As Completions Manager youll be responsible for leading and developing a high performing team that delivers first class customer service. Its a role that will enable you to really flex your excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
In this role, youll be leading the Completions team who are responsible for managing all aspects of the loan application journey from credit sanction to completion. You will work closely with solicitors, customers, brokers, and colleagues across the wider function.

Youll be based at our Broadoak office in Peterborough with the flexibility to work from home up-to 2 days per week.
About you
Youll be an accomplished leader, with experience of leading, motivating and developing a team.
Youll need to have a good understanding of leading operational teams, preferably mortgage operations and ideally within commercial mortgages.
You will be an excellent communicator, with outstanding negotiation and influencing skills with colleagues at all levels and the ability to manage challenging conversations with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
You will have some experience of continual process improvement and a mindset of challenging ways of working to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
