SalaryAlcedo Care are looking for dedicated, caring, compassionate individuals to support young adults, aged 16-25+, with complex needs in the Stockport and surrounding areas. We’re looking for someone with previous Complex Care or mental health experience, who is able to work flexible hours, to suit the needs of our clients.
This role will include providing compassionate care for individuals with depression, anxiety, and more severe mental health conditions. Shift patterns will vary between the hours of 7am - 11pm, so flexibility is a must. Complex mental health experience is essential within a clinical setting or residential setting. Experience working with clients who exhibit self-harming behaviours would also be preferrable. All candidates must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, due to this being a community care role.

Skills and qualities required -
• Must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Must be available to work alternative weekends or 1 weekend day each week.
