Hunter MH are seeking a compassionate and skilled Paediatric Complex Care Nurse to join a dedicated NHS trust in East Finchley. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to children with complex medical conditions in a home environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive nursing care to children with complex medical needs, including those requiring tracheostomy care, ventilation, gastrostomy feeding, and other specialized interventions.
* Paediatric RGN community experience highly desired.
* You will be working with children with complex health needs and will be liaising with MDT and tertiary centres.
* Educate and support families in caring for their children at home.
* Advocate for the needs of your patients and ensure they receive high-quality, compassionate care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient care activities.

Qualifications:

* Registered Nurse (RN) with much experience as a paediatric nurse.
* Experience working with the Children's Continuing Care National Framework.
* Experience caring for children with complex medical needs.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of relevant medical conditions and procedures.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Compassionate and patient demeanour with a commitment to providing patient-Centered care.
