Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the diverse needs of our students. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This role will involve working with students on an individual or small group basis, providing assistance with academic and personal development tasks. Requirements: - Experience working with students with SEND students in an educational setting desirably those with Complex Needs, ASD or SLD - A compassionate and patient approach to working with diverse learning needs. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to adapt to the changing needs of students. - Relevant qualifications in education or special education are desirable. - First Aid and Safeguarding training is an advantage.
