Candidates must be able to commute to Hazon, Northumberland NE65
GBP12 per hour
Shift times:
Day shift: 08.00-20.00
Night shift : 20.00-08.00
Due to the nature of the role candidates must be female.
Full training is given around client s needs.
We're looking for a Support Worker to work part of a team to care for a young lady with Complex Needs.
Candidates must have previous experience of working in children care settings.
Candidates will need to be strong willed, and it will be beneficial to have experience within this sector due to the nature of the role.
Hourly rate, weekly pay with moving over onto a permanent contract after 12 weeks, training and shadowing will be offered.
Driving License required.
The staffing ratio is always 2-1 day and night.
Day to day objectives:
Staff must implement the O.T. Sensory Diet The client uses a BiPAP ventillator to aid with her breathing at night. Encourage and promote independence Engage with young people Accompany with daily activities in and outside of the home Assist with house duties Assist with meal prep Assist with medications Personal care Training:
The training consists of B.S.L, Multi-Sensory, Impairment , Sighted Guidance and NAPPI.
