Compliance Admin SupportAs a
Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management and maintenance of
Compliance Administration. The right candidate will receive one-to-one training to ensure a thorough understanding of the role.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute various administrative duties using Outlook, Word, Excel, and our internal database.
- Utilise the internal database to log all obtained documents and maintain a record of conversations with clients and candidates.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to candidates and clients.
- Support compliance efforts to ensure that all working candidates meet the 100% compliance standards required for NHS and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with compliance officers to obtain necessary compliance documents from candidates.
- Conduct 2-weekly GMC checks for all working doctors.
- Perform monthly end-of-placement checks to be sent out to clients.
- Set up doctors on the portal to complete mandatory training modules.
- Develop and nurture client and candidate relationships to ensure the highest level of satisfaction, engagement, and adherence to quality standards.
- Escalate issues appropriately to management, especially those related to non-compliant working candidates, with the aim of determining resolutions, including the termination of bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues within and across teams to maximize opportunities for the company.
- Follow all mandated procedures to ensure industry code of ethics and relevant legislation are adhered to.
Desired Requirements:
- Preferred experience in administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
