Compliance Administrator

Long-term Teacher are an Education Recruitment Agency supporting school across Bristol and the surrounding areas. LTT were established over 5 years ago to provide more continuity and put safeguarding at the forefront.

In the last 5 years LTT has grown to become one of the most established agencies in Bristol and have a large city centre office with a team of 12.

Due to rapid growth the company are now looking to add a compliance officer to work alongside the Head of Compliance.

The role:

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance by:- Maintaining, auditing and updating candidate documentation

- Ensuring all candidates cleared for work are compliant with internal recruitment policies and procedures

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates during the on-boarding process- Undertaking regular reviews of candidate files to ensure that all appropriate information is maintained and up to date- Providing timely and proactive responses to all compliance enquiries
