Your new role
An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Team for a Compliance Administrator.

Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and working as part of the wider compliance team to ensure candidates meet the required legal requirements for supply to this high risk, specialist area.

Responsible for your own workload, having been allocated new candidates by the Team Leader.

Checking the references obtained by the consultant and will work towards getting the candidate authorised for work by liaising with them and their consultant to obtain anything outstanding.

Dealing with compliance escalations as they arise and act as a customer service point for consultants, building effective working relationships with all internal stakeholders and candidates.

The right person for this role is someone who has an excellent eye for detail, enjoys working in a fast paced, results driven environment and has a strong customer focus. You will need to be able to communicate confidently using the telephone and email and be capable of handling confidential information.
