COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator to work for an industry leading Facilities Management company in Rotherham, Sheffield.
ROLE: Compliance Administrator
LOCATION: Rotherham, near Sheffield
PAY RATE: £25,500 per annum
JOB TYPE: initially 3 months (likely to be extended)
HOURS: full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based.
THE ROLE:
- Maintain accurate and compliant maintenance records for statutory and implied statutory activities.
- Ensure all completed worksheets are received and filed on the technical shared drive, chasing subcontractors where required for timely completion of these.
- Be the main point of liaison with the Helpdesk to ensure that scheduled maintenance visits are booked in a timely manner.
- Update programmes of work with information relating to hard service operations.
- To provide administrative cover to other parts of the FM Administration service during staff absences.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Experienced use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Previous experience as an Administrator is a must.
- Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will require an enhanced DBS clearance.
