Hays is working with a fast-growing, employee-owned organisation in Milton Keynes seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the dynamic and inclusive team.
Your new role
As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include managing a heavy workload with precision and efficiency, maintaining meticulous records, and supporting the compliance team in various administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed

Strong administrative background with proven experience handling heavy workloads.

Logical and methodical approach to tasks, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn in-house CRM systems.

Background in logistics and planning preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in both a remote and an office environment.

Rotating shift pattern (Monday - Friday)
