Hays is working with a fast-growing, employee-owned organisation in Milton Keynes seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the dynamic and inclusive team.
Your new role
As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include managing a heavy workload with precision and efficiency, maintaining meticulous records, and supporting the compliance team in various administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong administrative background with proven experience handling heavy workloads.
  • Logical and methodical approach to tasks, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn in-house CRM systems.
  • Background in logistics and planning preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in both a remote and an office environment.
