You will be Responsible for:
- Supporting and advising the EMEA ETF business in relation to new product launches and changes to existing products.
- Working closely with Senior Compliance Manager - ETF Compliance Advisory as key Compliance Advisory relationship contacts for the EMEA ETF Business.
- Monitoring regulatory developments, identifying and assessing impact of regulatory change on the EMEA ETF Business.
- Advising on compliance with the applicable laws, rules and standards, keeping the ETF Business advised about the relevant regulatory developments.
- Contributing to written guidance for staff on compliance with laws, rules and standards through policies and procedures, and other documents such as compliance manuals, internal codes of conduct and practice guidelines.
- Acting as point of contact for internal queries/requests relating to ETF Business, providing updates and resolving queries.
- Assisting with training the ETF Business and other relevant partners with regard to changes in law, newly issued guidelines, or other amendments to regulatory requirements, as well as changes to the Business.
- Developing effective working relationships with the ETF Business, Compliance Advisory colleagues and Legal counterparts.
- Encouraging awareness of a good compliance culture and effective conflicts of interest management and fair treatment of customers.
- Strong experience in Compliance, preferably in ETFs/ Compliance Advisory role within asset management.
- Solid understanding of fund products, particularly UCITS/ETFs and the regulatory framework in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations and the Central Bank of Ireland rules and guidance.
- A good understanding of the technical nature of the business and of product governance process.
- Would typically be degree qualified or equivalent

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to varied audiences - clear, eloquent, credible and persuasive in all communications.
