Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a leading energy provider in the UK, in their search for a Compliance and Quality Analyst!
In this role, you will be responsible for verifying sales information, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify sale information to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Resolve issues to facilitate successful completion of business processes.
- Maintain thorough and confidential sales records.
- Liaise with energy suppliers to ensure accuracy of information i.e. Information Requests, Terminations Requests, Lock In Requests.
- Communicate with customers via telephone or email as needed.
- Process sales packs and information requests.
- Update trackers and databases using Excel.
- Handle ad hoc duties as required by the business.
You must have a proven experience and knowledge within the Energy sector. You must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal along with Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
