Compliance And Quality Administrator

Juice is delighted to be working with an established and expanding business who are looking to recruit a Compliance and Quality Administrator to join their exciting team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous exposure to Compliance and Health and Safety, who isn't afraid to implement their own ideas and creations onto the business.

DAY TO DAY:

• Support the compliance manager in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assist with any required audits.
• Book and monitor staff training to ensure the training matrix is up to date.
• Ensure company CPD register is kept up to date.
• Administer a central log of suppliers and supporting documentation.
• Oversee fleet and machinery requirements, booking services, upkeep of maintenance logs and arranging insurance.
• Assisting with policies and procedures to ensure they are up to date.
• Document control management.
• Assist with Quality Management Systems.
• Accurate data processing.
• Ensure CRM systems are up to date.
• To prepare (preliminary) safe systems of works packages.
• Completing other clerical tasks as and when required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Experience and previous exposure to Compliance and Quality.
• Exposure to Fleet and Health & Safety.
• Commercial awareness, with a passion for processes and systems.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent level of administration with experience of using a range of systems and computer packages, including Microsoft Excel.

AND FOR YOU:

• Annual salary between £26,000 to £28,000.
• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
