Compliance Assistant

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Compliance Assistant to start a new role in Rotherham.    

The role is based within the Housing Property Service which is responsible for the delivery of repairs, maintenance, investment, and compliance functions within the Council's housing asset portfolio. The key aim of the role is to provide key support to the team to ensure we maintain compliance in statutory landlord compliance areas, health, and safety.

This is a full-time temporary role for the next 3 - 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

Deal with complex customer queries

Produce and use complex electronic documents

Assist in researching and contribute to the preparation of management information reports

Support the planning of projects and programmes and produce appropriate material to help keep track of progress and identify the need for remedial action at the earliest opportunity

Provide help and assistance to staff in the use of IT packages/systems

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Working in an administrative role, including dealing with customers, and using a range of office equipment

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 qualification e.g. AS and A levels

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37 hours a week
