Compliance Advisor
Up To £25,000 with quarterly bonuses available
You will work 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our client team.
Key skills needed
- Helping with day-to-day system generated checks, indicating possible risk or fraud.
- Decision making in respect of Customer contracts.
- Ensuring appropriate communications and sent to Retail Teams and Customer.
- Helping Retail and Admin teams with purchase documentation, compliance process queries & resolve payments on hold
- Liaising with Retail Management and HR teams regarding suspect staff misconduct matters. Investigating post-auction grievance claims for potential civil claims
- Responding to GDPR incidents and Subject Access Requests
- 1 in 4 weekends (there is plenty of flexibility to this and weekends can be swapped in the year)
- In terms of working days/hours, it’s usual 37.5 hours per week. Work hours are typically between 8 and 5, the team needs at least one member of staff working until 1800 each weekday (1700 weekends) which is rotated between the team.
