• To Ensure that Property and Investment Services fully complies with CBC’s Corporate Customer Care Standards and achieves high levels of customer satisfaction. To additionally support the attainment and thereafter retention of the customer excellence standard.
• To provide support to the Compliance Manager in managing statutory compliance servicing contracts such as asbestos, gas, electrical, legionella, lifts and fire safety ensuring compliance with contract conditions and current statutoryregulations.
• To ensure that all statutory records are accurately maintained and filed.
• To support with the performance, quality management, recharging, customer issues including complaints and administration requirements across compliance work streams but additionally covering asset management as and when necessary.
• Delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all service users, fairly and without discrimination.
Evidence of continual professional development. Educated to a minimum of 2 GCSE’s of grade C or above or equivalent.
Significant experience of performance based work in a customer focused service organisation.
