We are looking for a Compliance Team Coordinator to join our team with over 25 years of experience in the residential lettings industry. This role is ideal for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who will be part of a small yet crucial team managing key client workflows. The main focus of this job is to maintain a bespoke database, assist in scheduling work, handle client calls and email enquiries, and upsell our products after initial training.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Answering client telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
• Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel spreadsheets.
• Communicating with landlords to schedule appointments for inspections and upselling services where possible.
• Ensuring scheduled work complies with the correct timeframes for compliance.
• Monitoring the progress of cases and uploading certificates to the CRM.
• Reacting promptly to inbound calls and client requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Computer literacy with experience in Excel and database packages.
• Confident and outgoing personality with a proactive approach.
• Highly organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Customer service experience is desirable.
• A valid driving licence is essential due to the location of our Head Office.
