Compliance Coordinator - Vertas Group Limited

Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to and assisting the Group Head of Quality & Sustainability, the post holder will:
- Responsible for the control of documented information, policies and procedures
- Assist in the development and maintenance of ISO certifications
- Organise meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up actions
- Maintain live carbon emission tracker
- Work with internal and external parties to provide energy and carbon emission data
- Plan and co-ordinate energy management review meeting
- Responsible for providing the data to Quality & Sustainability to support internal and external communications
- Administration of HSQE IT systems
- Manage administrative tasks associated to training compliance
- Manage and monitor HSQE mailboxes, responding to all enquiries
- Provide administrative support to Quality and Sustainability Team
- Contingency for HSQE Team members as required
- Provide advice and guidance on the application of policies and procedures to staff within Vertas
- Undertake internal audits as per the annual audit programme
- Assist with information for tenders as required
- Data review of Smartsheet maintain accuracy of data recorded and therefore accuracy of dashboards
- Ordering supplies, raising purchase orders
- Assist with the administration of HSQE accreditations, such as Constructionline/ Builders Profile

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Administrative experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Working with senior managers, contractors and other key personnel
Data handling and analysis
Report writing
Problem solving
Ability to prioritise and organise workload
The ability to work with initiative and self-motivation
Ability to work both closely as a team and independently on individual tasks
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail
