Compliance Coordinator - Part Time Or Full Time

We have a temporary position available for a Compliance Coordinator to join a well-established business in Chippenham. This would be a great opportunity for anyone with previous experience in administration and who is available from the 19th February until the end of March.

DAY TO DAY:

• Checking documents
• Uploading certificates onto the internal system
• To chase for missing compliance documents via phone and email
• To manage inbox queries from customers regarding missing documents
• Ensuring admin is kept up to date
• Check documents are received to the correct standard (e.g. right dates, signed, all elements actioned)
• Liaising between different parties to obtain any missing documents
