We are an award winning, market leading property group and we are currently recruiting for a Compliance & Governance Administrator to work in our Head Office based in Chandlers Ford.
This pivotal role will encompass responsibilities including but not limited to:
Complaints & Disputes:
- Handling legal disputes and escalated complaints alongside our Directors
- Logging, coordinating, and responding to various matters as directed by the Directors
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Managing AML due diligence procedures and processes
- Ensuring compliance with Trading Standards regarding Consumer Protection Regulations
- Fulfilling duties as the Data Protection Officer and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Renewing memberships including redress schemes, AML registration, ARLA/Property Mark
- Overseeing ongoing compliance training across the group, encompassing onboarding and annual refresher sessions
- Ensuring health and safety across premises through risk assessments, policy adherence, and staff training (e.g., Fire wardens, First aid)
- Managing equipment servicing, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers
Audits:
- Conducting quarterly branch audits to ensure compliance
This role may also provide some Head Office administration support to the team of directors as and when required.
The role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, we may consider part time hours for the right person.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Compliance, governance and/or Health & Safety, however we will provide training for the right, motivated candidate who has solid administration experience.
Salary is DOE but circa GBP30,000-GBP38,000.
