COMPLIANCE & HSE ASSISTANT
MON FRI 9AM - 5PM

Up to GBP30,000 PER ANNUM DOE

KPI Recruiting are working in conjunction with an established company based in Preston.

Duties will include:

• Ensuring environmental compliance
• Managing pest control and hygiene
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Holding monthly meetings for reporting
• Implementing new quality standards
• Liaising with suppliers via telephone and email
• Managing instrument calibration
• Coordinating meetings and actions
• Conducting site quality meetings
• Assisting with inspections and audits
• Keeping contractor policies updated
• Completing customer questionnaires
• Maintaining a safe workplace
• Documenting accidents and improvements
• Monitoring customer complaints
• Preparing reports and documentation
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining company standards and culture

You will need to have:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
• Excellent communicator
• IOSH Qualification required
• Awareness of BRC standards
• Valid UK driving Licence due to occasional travel to other sites
