Job description

We have an exciting opportunity as a Compliance Lead in a nursing care & patient care environment in Brighton. This is a full-time role in Brighton with a generous salary is on offer for this role up to £30,000 and a generous annual leave and other benefits.
Working as a Compliance Lead your duties will include the following:
Supporting and assisting senior managers in the delivery of a high-quality service by:
Using a measured approach to develop quality at local level through use of the risk register and/Continuous Action Plans and other quality tools as per company protocol.
Work alongside Registered Managers to highlight service deficiencies, non-conformities, and risk, providing support to develop action plans to rectify.
To review data and analyse themes and trends and report on as required.
Signpost staff to guidance and advice on policies and CQC standards, and support with regulatory compliance.
To support with the development and review of policy and ensure the most up to date policy and associated documents are accessible and used appropriately in practice.
Promote and share best practice across services, ensuring lessons learned are identified and disseminated effectively.
Undertake and support quality development as required.
To support staff to utilise the systems so they are able to understand how they are performing and demonstrate how they are the best to improve across care and support.
To support and lead on Quality Projects as agreed by the hospital management team.
Necessary Experience or Qualifications to work as a Compliance Lead:
Experience of supporting compliance in the health and social care sector.
Knowledge of CQC Regulatory framework
Willing to listen and understand others and maintain credibility in your role.
Supports others and gains trust
