The Compliance Manager will manage compliance across a service area of Health in Justice, reflective of the areas aligned to Regional Service Directors. Reporting to the Patient Safety Manager and liaising with Regional Managers, Heads of Healthcare, Clinical and Operational Leads, Performance Leads and our healthcare teams, the Compliance Manager will support and promote compliance across all areas of governance, including audit, risk management, information and research governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
The role is covering the North and West Region.
What you'll be doing
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of one years’ experience within a health and justice environment
- Have a sound knowledge of audit, risk, information governance and associated governance processes A thorough understanding of Patient Safety Incident Response Framework
You’ll receive an annual salary up to £40,000 per annum - depending on experience + £4,000 car allowance.
