You will be responsible for monitoring business practices, policies, and procedures to ensure they meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Your new role

• Undertake Compliance Monitoring across the firm, adhering to the timetable outlined in the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Undertake Compliance Monitoring to ensure alignment with regulatory and societal requirements.
• To carry out ad hoc monitoring when required
• Determine compliance with internal policy and procedures
• Ensure that Compliance Monitoring testing is completed promptly
• Accurately record all findings in the Compliance Monitoring Action Log

What you\'ll need to succeed

• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Compliance Monitoring and regulatory requirements in the legal industry and AML/CFT.
• Experience in Client Due Diligence on-boarding requirements, preferably in a law firm environment
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
