Compliance Monitoring Manager FTC

Highly regarded global asset manager seeks a Compliance Monitoring Manager on a 12 months' fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. The job holder will oversee the execution of thematic reviews and regular testing, regularly communicate progress against the plan and escalate material findings. Furthermore, the successful candidate will contribute to compliance risk assessment and development of the annual risk-based monitoring and testing plan. This role involves frequent stakeholder engagement across Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, and Front Office Controls and Governance. Candidates must have thematic review experience gained in the asset/fund management sector, ideally with some degree of previous staff management, although this is not essential.
