Commercial Property Manager

A well-established, independent property consultancy are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team. They have a range of properties including industrial, shops, offices and mixed-use. This is a company that invest heavily in personal and professional development and offer interesting and varied work where no 2 days will be the same.

Responsibilities (not an extensive list):

* Dealing with day-to-day Commercial Property management
* Carrying out property inspections
* Arranging and chairing occupier meetings
* Organising contractors and building surveyors and managing any repairs or refurbishments
* Manage the transition of clients or properties in and out of management
* Review tenant applications and prepare client recommendations

Essential Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience within property management with exposure to commercial assets
* Experience working in the private sector
* Solid understanding of the legislation relating to commercial buildings
* Full driving license and access to car
