Key Duties:
- Conduct electrical, gas, and fire safety testing
- Coordinate PAT testing and water safety testing
- Perform property inspections to ensure compliance
- Renew landlord heating maintenance contracts
- Facilitate EPC renewals and asbestos surveys
- Obtain and renew landlord licenses
