Finance Administrator

Accountable Recruitment are currently supporting a Warrington based company as they search for a Part-Time Finance Administrator to join the company, supporting a growing division within the group.

Package -

20 hours per week (flexible days/times)

1 day WFH

£25,000 FTE

Parking onsite

Key duties of the Finance Administrator:

• Processing of purchase invoices
• Supplier Payments & Expense Payments
• Completion of bank reconciliations for 2 companies daily with multiple bank accounts including multi-currency current accounts
• Maintenance of the Accounts mailbox and dealing with queries
• Ensuring that all invoices are matched against correct PO's
• Quarterly VAT returns

The successful candidate:

• Good system skills required
• Will have an eye for detail
• Should manage their own workload effectively
