Compliance Project Manager

This is a broad role that will encompass working with stakeholders across the UK business. This role will suit a candidate who is happy to travel to various UK office locations, with prior Compliance Project management experience.

This Compliance Project Manager role is based in London, it sits with a large, global business focused on data, marketing and consulting. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with stakeholders across the whole UK business. Experience with regulations including GDPR, MRS and ESOMAR codes of conduct and ISO 27001 / ISO 20252 is desirable.

Office presence is likely to be required in London around once per month, the hiring manager is flexible with hybrid working arrangements. The role will also require (expensed) travel to other office sites in the UK.

This Compliance Project Manager role is based in London and involves:

The role is responsible for compliance and project management activities to enable strategy delivery, such as contributing to the development, improvement, and maintenance of systems and processes, supporting ongoing compliance with the Standards as well as with legal and regulatory requirements.

This includes data protection laws locally and globally such as the 2018 Data Protection Act and GDPR as well as the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct/European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR) Code of Conduct) and internal compliance frameworks such as the Data Protection Framework.

Alongside Compliance Project management responsibilities, the role may also be required to perform additional tasks relating to the administration, promotion and continual improvement of the quality & compliance systems and culture across the UK.

Profile

This Compliance Project Manager role is based in London and the following skills and knowledge is desirable:

• Practical compliance experience, specific knowledge of GDPR, MRS & ESOMAR desirable
• Stakeholder management experience
• Prior experience of managing Compliance Projects
• Experience of ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 & ISO 2025
