The Role:
The role of the Retail Project and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the retail major projects and store fit outs at Stansted Airport. This role will be accountable for managing and processing retail minor works permit processes and carrying out our Health, Safety and Compliance standards for trading retail units. This can involve production of reports to highlight business concerns as well as potential concerns to safety and construction performance by retail partner. As well as this, the role will be managing permits to work in line with MAG policies and will be managing compliance following CDM guidelines. You:
In order to be successful in this role, prior experience of Retail project environment delivery will be beneficial. Having qualifications in M&E to a minimum of City and Guilds, being SMSTS qualified and CDM regulations training will be a must. This position will require working with relevant departments to seek technical approvals for both minor and major projects, so the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships is key! Basic knowledge of Food Safety standards and L8 regulations will also be beneficial to the success of this role.
