Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the entire process of our retail design projects from initial planning stages to final execution and completion. Our company is a leading player in the retail design industry and operates in the retail interior space. We create a design vision for each project and set the very best design standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning stages to final execution and completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that the design vision is realized.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail design industry.
• Experience in Retail Fit Out and interior design or architecture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
