Hays are delighted to be working with a global organisation to recruit a Compliance Risk Management Officer for 12 months.
What you'll need to succeed
•Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and relevant laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies.
•Strong understanding of key regulatory priorities and developments impacting UK financial services firms, and ability to interpret and assess policy and regulatory changes for impact.
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, adaptive and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organisation
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to both work collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organisation
Bachelor’s degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in a financial services firm, regulatory organisation, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in the area of focus.
