Responsibilities:
You'll be part of a team of both boat builders and laminators, crafting a variety of projects. Your expertise in building composite boats and structures, particularly using carbon fibre and epoxy, will be crucial. If you've got hands-on experience working on race yachts in Europe, that's a definite plus.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience needed of hands-on experience with carbon fibre boats, components, MUST BE EPOXY, to a high standard.
- Proficient in carbon epoxy techniques.
- Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Turn up on time.
- Able to work alone or part of a team.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Prep moulds and cut matt and mix resin.
- Laminating using different weights of material, mainly carbon fibre, according to drawing or instructions with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be able to fit a vacuum bag and correctly set up.
- Infusion laminating dry fibre, pre-preg and wet lay.
- Cleaning the appropriate tools.
- Trim parts once out the mould.
- May involve manual lifting.
- Be responsible and take pride in your work.
- Record hours on a project.
References will be asked for.
Competitive rate that is based on your skill level. It will be reviewed once we have seen your work and work ethic.
