Computer Repair Technician/Sales Assistant

We are seeking a Computer Repairer Technician, who must also be excel in Sales to join our team. We are looking for a competent and highly experienced Computer Repairer

The main responsibilities are:

• Repairing computers, tablets, laptops and mobile phones;
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, and network equipment (e.g., updating drivers, repairing network cards);
• keeping precise and full records of all repairs and parts used;
• Troubleshoot computer problems and repair or replace hardware, software, or drivers when necessary;
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment (e.g., phones, copiers, fax machines) when necessary;
• working in accordance with deadlines to ensure that they are met;
• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service;
• Selling mobile and other gadgets' accessories;
• Booking in repair work with customers over the phone or in the shop;
• Other tasks as assigned by management;
• Must be willing to learn new skills and grow within the company;
• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• MOBILE PHONE REPAIR: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• FULL, UK CLEAN DRIVING (preferred)
