Job Description:

As a Computer Science Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic Computer Science lessons that cater to students' diverse interests and abilities.
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to explore and experiment with coding languages, algorithms, and software applications.
• Provide personalized support and feedback to students to promote their mastery of Computer Science concepts.
• Organize extracurricular activities, hackathons, and coding clubs to further enrich students' learning experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular projects and initiatives that integrate Computer Science into various subject areas.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Computer Science.
• Proven experience teaching Computer Science at the KS3/KS4 level.
• As a Computer Science Teacher, you need to have strong knowledge of programming languages, algorithms, and computational thinking.
• Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for Computer Science.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
