Our Concierge Officers are the face of the organisation on our high-rise flatted estates, where they’re responsible for a wide range of essential duties. You will be responsible for ensuring estates across Wolverhampton are safe, clean and secure. You’ll also provide an effective response to estate management issues. As a Concierge Officer, you will represent Wolverhampton Homes out within our communities and serve as a vital point of contact for our customers.
The successful candidate will:
• Be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Have excellent problem-solving skills
• Be able and willing to undertake minor repairs
• Have a sound awareness of Health and Safety
• Be flexible in terms of working at different locations within Wolverhampton
• Be committed to providing a customer-focused, exceptional service
• Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Concierge Officers are required to participate in the 24-hour shift system and work weekends and public holidays.
