Your main duties would include:
- Promote all the hotels facilities to Groups, Conferences and Events market to achieve the maximum revenue and deliver outstanding customer care.
- Effectively handle each enquiry and booking from enquiry stage through to the arrival, the day, departure and follow up.
- Manage and maintain accurate status of all enquiries and bookings to deliver outstanding customer care and accuracy while maintaining hotel organisations online database.
- To complete proactive research and sales calls daily to enable business growth through sustainable leads.
- Deliver the highest standards in service and presentation.
