Are you a well-networked, tenacious Sales Manager with key experience within selling conferences or large-scale exhibitions? Are you looking for an opportunity to work within an agency environment, where no two projects are the same? One of the UK’s longest serving Independent Marketing Agencies are seeking a Conference and Exhibition Sales Manager on a permanent basis to head up their Conference Management division, offering excellent opportunities to progress.

In terms of Conference Management, for the past c.10 years they have provided a 360-project management solution for the largest Exhibition at the N.E.C as well as a host of other notable events.

The Opportunity

• Developing and utilising your strong network of clients to secure projects.
• Pitching and presenting to prospective Clients.
• Closely managing and nurturing relationships taking a consultative approach to best understand the needs of individual clients.
• Working closely with internal colleagues to create on-brand and enticing supporting collateral to maximise opportunities.
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5pm day to day, however flexibility is required during exhibitions and events as per business needs.

The Candidate

• You will be an experienced Sales Manager, specifically within the Conference and Exhibition industry.
• A strong networker, who takes an active interest in staying "one step ahead" of your competition
• You will have a full UK drivers’ licence and access to your own car due to the rural location of the office
