Job Description
- Manage and resolve legal conflict matters
- Provide specialist conflict advice to partners and staff
- Conduct legal research related to conflict issues
- Participate in the development of conflict management policies and procedures
- Work closely with other members of the Legal team
- Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Contribute to team meetings and professional development initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in the professional services industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful Conflicts Lawyer should have:
