Construction Administrator to join our family run client based in Aylesbury.
Hours: 8am - 4pm
Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP36,000 (DOE)The
Construction Administrator will organise and undertake tasks associated with the undertaking of company quotations and act as administrative support to the project management team.Key Responsibilities:
- Creating purchase orders and booking of contractors.
- Supporting the estimating and quotation process by maintaining and updating quotation records.
- Supporting the estimating and quotation process by undertaking take-off's
- Maintenance and updating of contract records.
- Compiling the required resources and writing project operation and maintenance manuals
- Other Ad- hoc task to support to the project management team to ensure the smooth running of the projects at all times.
Requirements:- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office 365).
